It’s Christmaaaaaaaaas! A festive greeting and our opening times…

All of us here at Red Maple just wanted to wish you a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year, and keep you up to date with our opening hours over the Christmas Break.

We hope you’re taking a well-deserved break over the Christmas and New Year, as we will be. Our support team will still be available for urgent issues at the following times:

Friday 21^st                                       09:00 to 14:00
Monday 24^th to Tuesday 1st        Closed, but a voicemail service will operate for urgent issues on 27th, 28th, 29th and 31st
Wednesday 2^nd                              Normal Opening Hours

If you have any hardware, software or change requests, these will be actioned from the 2^nd January. If you have a 24/7 Support Contract, your normal support processes will still apply.
